Enjoy a pure winter idyll!
A journey in a horse-drawn carriage takes you through the deep snow-covered winter landscape in Forstau, and should definitely feature in your holiday agenda!
The sleighs , pulled by Haflinger horses, take you into Forstau-Winkl Tal (4 km south of the town centre), where you get to stop off for refreshments in the traditional "Winklhütte" for snacks before you head back on your "return trip" to the starting point.
Horse-drawn carriage rides are of course offered daily. Information available from the Tourist Information Office, or direct from the organisers.
Lasts around 2.5 hours, also available in the evening.
